•  4 Prenatal visits with Childbirth Education:

                         2- Stages of Labor      

                         3- Birth Plan/ Cesareans    

                         4- Labor Rehearsal & Postpartum Prep

• Unlimited phone & email support throughout your pregnancy & immediate postpartum period  
• Labor Kit including: labor oil, massage tool, peppermint & more
• Doula on call at 39 weeks
• Doula team: get to know your back up doula throughout your pregnancy and if desired and available have 2 doulas for labor support
• Phone/text contact in early labor
• Doula service during labor focusing on physical comfort techniques,  emotional support, guidance for partners  & information to assist in decision-making 
• Postpartum Kit including: your choice of a herbal tea, tincture or salve, bath salts & more
• Complete 6 Week Postpartum Care - 

                           1. Herbal Sitz Bath & Soup with  Sacred Bellybinding

                           2. Sacred Bellybinding with Sealing Meditation

                          3. Birth Story Listening Session with Sacred Bellybinding

                          4. Sacred Bellybinding

                          5. Herbal Tea Time with Sacred Bellybinding

                         6. Ceremonial Bath  with Sacred Bellybinding                                                

• Provide referrals & recommendations for other resources outside of doula's scope of practice  

• Two Prenatal Appointments covering topics such as : birth plan & labor rehearsal
• Unlimited phone & email support throughout your pregnancy & immediate postpartum period

• During labor focusing on physical comfort techniques,  emotional support, guidance for partners  & information to assist in decision-making
• Assist partners with offering suggestions, information, assistance and reassurance
• Doula team: get to know your back up doula throughout your pregnancy and if desired and available have 2 doulas for labor support
• Postpartum Visit - tailored to the unique needs of postpartum mothers
• Provide referrals & recommendations for other resources outside of doula's scope of practice
